A new approach to event styling, design, and planning

Although we know that templates has their place, we don’t think of them as the end-all of wedding planning. At 206 Event Co., we take a tailored approach to event styling and decor, design, planning, and execution. Our goal is to create stylish yet timeless and memorable events, and to treat each client like family. We cater to couples with a dream but not a lot of spare time, to those who enjoy the hustle of planning their own wedding, and to those who just need some help bringing things neatly over the finish line.

Based on this philosophy, we do not have a set range of wedding packages for clients to choose from. Instead, we prefer to carefully curate our services based on the clients’ needs and create quotes on an individualized basis. We think that our rates are calculated with transparency and flexibility in mind.

Investment

Although this is not an exhaustive list, our basic investment rates are outlined below:

  $150.00, waived upon booking

• Lead Planner
  $150.00 per hour

• Crew
  $50.00 per hour

• Travel Time (within Alberta)
  $50.00 per hour

• Expenses
  Billed straight across to the client without markup

Destination Weddings

There’s no way to top a vacation during which you also get married. Our team has worked throughout Alberta, the Okanagan, France, and beyond, and we are equipped to travel to help the dreams you have for your big day become a reality. Investment for a destination wedding is managed on an individual basis, and the structure may vary from what we have listed here. Get in touch and we’ll create the perfect plan together!
